3. Booking and Cancellations
All service bookings are subject to availability. To ensure a smooth operation, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a service appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the booked service, as specified during the booking process.
4. Payments
Payment for services is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
5. Access to Property
The Client must ensure that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time. If access is not provided or is unsafe, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or reschedule the service at an additional cost.

- To secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from areas to be cleaned or organized prior to service. While we exercise utmost care, Dust Bunnies Cleaning & Organization LLC is not liable for damage to items not properly secured or removed.
- To disclose any specific instructions, allergies, or concerns regarding cleaning products or methods.
- To inform us of any pets on the premises and their temperament.
7. Damages and Breakages
In the rare event of accidental damage to your property during our service, Dust Bunnies Cleaning & Organization LLC will endeavor to repair, replace, or compensate for the damaged item at its discretion. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of the service completion. We are insured for your protection.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion and we will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to services that were not agreed upon in the initial service scope.
